9 min total body Tabata (20sec on, 10 sec rest) exercise.
As a rough guide, you may need two sets of dumbbells (heavy and light). Male - pair of 5kg and 10kg. Women - pair of 3kg and 7kg.
If you find it easy, increase the number of repetitions that you can do in 20 sec or go heavier weights. It is important that you maintain good form throughout.

Tack on these core exercises at the end of your workout session.
Use an interval timer app and set for 15 sec on with no rest for 6 exercises.
Make sure you transition quickly between exercises and keep moving.
Take 30 sec rest and then do it again at least 3 times.
