For those wanting, a fun cardio and challenging workout, you can learn how to box with an accredited Boxing Australia coach. Sessions can be tailored to be technique or fitness focused. You will learn proper boxing techniques to make boxing safe and fun.
Boxing training is safe, there is no sparring and contact is limited to gloves on pads. More advanced sessions may involve light contact touches on elbows and forearms to simulate real boxing moves for blocking and counters.
